Redeeming Gift Cards & Virtual Cards

Whether you have a plastic gift card or virtual gift card, it's easier than ever to use eloquii.com, thelimited.com and The Limited gift cards. Eloquii.com and thelimited.com gift cards are redeemable at eloquii.com, thelimited.com, The Limited store locations, and by phone following the instructions below. Redeeming Online

To pay for an online order with a gift card, you will need the gift card number and access number. You may enter up to five gift cards per order. For additional details, view our complete Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

1. Make your selections and add them to your shopping bag.

2. Go to your Shopping Bag and click Begin Checkout.

3. During Payment (Step 3), check the Apply Gift Card box. Additional fields will appear.

4. In the appropriate fields, enter your 19-digit gift card number and 4-digit access number.

5. Click Apply and your gift card balance will be deducted from your order total - visible in your Shopping Bag.

Redeeming In-Store

To redeem your gift card at any of The Limited store locations, the plastic gift card or printed virtual gift card must be presented at the time of purchase.

1. Present your plastic gift card or printed virtual gift card to the cashier at the time of purchase.

2. If there is a balance left, it will remain on the gift card or the virtual gift card for your future use.

Redeeming By Phone

To redeem your gift card by phone with eloquii.com or thelimited.com, please provide the gift card number and 4-digit access number at the time of purchase to the agent who places your order.
