Sr. SEO Specialist

ELOQUII is a vertically integrated e-commerce destination for contemporary, fast fashion sizes 14-28. We bring the trends and designs from the runways and pop culture to our customer, working on a compressed design cycle and dropping new styles every week.

As the Sr. SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for driving strategies to maximize the volume of inbound organic traffic, revenue and new customers from search engines to our website. This individual will be work with cross-functional teams to implement marketing plans, with the ultimate goal of supporting revenue growth and raising visibility of the ELOQUII brand. The successful candidate will have a solid background with SEO and SEM and will have the ability to be both strategic and tactical. Working cross-functionally is critical for this position and the Sr. SEO Specialist must have strong communication and presentation skills.


EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES:

  • Ability to identify and lead the overall organic search optimization strategy for the website, working across teams to report and implement strategy.
  • Partner with internal and external teams including: Marketing, Merchandising, IT Creative, and vendor partners to coordinate and execute on SEO objectives
  • Ability to easily distill SEO strategies and ideas and communicate about SEO to executive teams, as well as other non-subject matter experts. Educate SEO best practices to build awareness and understanding across the organization.
  • Monitor industry trends and changes in SEO to help identify necessary updates and new opportunities
  • Review and audit site to drive changes that comply with SEO best practices and recommend changes to website and architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Create and analyze regular or ad hoc natural search reporting to measure page rankings, SEO KPI’s (with a focus on revenue and acquisition), and the effectiveness of optimization; perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Report and conduct analysis for conversion tracking and the interplay of PPC/SEO
  • Create and maintain insightful reports to track the performance of high level organic search, the performance of specific areas of the site, as well as reporting on improvements based on optimizations that have been implemented. Reports should include industry trends, competitive research, audience needs & behavior and content audits.
  • Manage the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines, including campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization.
  • Must be able to prioritize projects across several different areas of optimization, and align strategy and schedule of implementations to align with business needs and resources.
  • Identify new tools and reports that need to be built to automate repetitive processes or gather more sophisticated analytics.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar field
  • At least 3+ years of SEO experience with understanding of search engines and ranking criteria; ecommerce strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) tactics
  • Functional knowledge of HTML & CSS
  • Performs well under pressure and minimal supervision
  • Must thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment and collaborate effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Possesses analytical and strategic thinking skills; be a data driven thinker
  • Experience using SEO tools, including, but not limited to: Rank Tracking Tools (Moz, SEMRush, Conductor or BrightEdge), Google Search Console, Deep Crawl, Screaming Frog, Bloomreach
  • Fluency with web analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with key partners and business leads

Creative Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

ELOQUII is a vertically integrated e-commerce destination for contemporary, fast fashion sizes 14-28. We bring the trends and designs from the runways and pop culture to our customer, working on a compressed design cycle and dropping new styles every week.

Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, this Long Island City, NY based position will be responsible for managing the planning, production, and publication of all creative content for ELOQUII; across the website, email, blog, and social channels. This position will manage the monthly, weekly, and daily planning and tactical execution of creative content in partnership with key stakeholders across creative, merchandising, buying, analytics and marketing functions. The ideal candidate will over index in creating and optimizing process, cross functional project management, and clear communication.


EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES:

  • Manage the production and publication of daily creative content for all ELOQUII channels
  • Develop, manage, and optimize all project management systems and communication mechanisms.
  • Manage creative and merchandising workforce planning and reconciliation at the quarterly, monthly, and weekly level with cross-functional partners.
  • Optimize creative and merchandising resources daily to accommodate business shifts.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for all creative and content development, fielding questions, troubleshooting, clarifying strategic requirements, explaining complex ideas clearly, and managing overall expectations.
  • Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
  • Clearly communicate changes, issues, and resolutions to the tactical and executive teams

  • Prior experience (3-4 years) as a project manager or directly related experience
  • Experience developing project plans and managing project budgets

ELOQUII is a direct to consumer fashion business, designing trend-driven, fashion apparel in sizes 14-28. We are a privately-owned, fast-growing company based in both New York and Columbus, Ohio. This position is based in our Long Island City office.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting directly to the CTO, this technology leader will help establish the software development team based in New York. You’ll help define technical standards and drive the architectural and engineering vision in a very dynamic environment. You’ll translate business needs into live features and partner directly with business owners who recognize the value of technology. You will have a strong voice in product and ownership over coding, QA, and production support.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience developing and supporting software systems. S/he is a strong individual contributor with strong quantitative, analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, test, and maintain software in support of Eloquii e-commerce business.
