How do I apply my coupon code online?
Simply add your selections to your shopping bag and scroll to the bottom of your shopping bag to find the promotional code box. Enter your code in the box and click APPLY. Your coupon will automatically be applied to your order. Please note that only one promotional code may be applied per order.
My promotional code is not working. Why?
Promotional codes always contain qualifiers, including expiration dates. Not all promotional codes are valid online, and some may only be valid on regular price merchandise. Please verify you have entered the correct code, reached the required pre-tax merchandise total, have the correct number of items, or any of the other conditions that apply to the promotion. How do I stop receiving emails, direct mail, or coupons from eloquii?
You may contact us anytime to stop receiving eloquii mailings. Just call us at 1-855-ELOQUII (1-855-356-7844) or email us with your request. You may also unsubscribe from our email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email. Please note the typical removal process takes 6-8 weeks and you may receive additional contacts depending on where we are in our marketing cycle.
What are e-cash and how do they work?
e-cash are earned for purchases of $50 or more (pre-tax) during a determined earning period. One $25 e-cash coupon is awarded for each $50 (pre-tax) purchase. When you make purchases of $50 or more (pre-tax) during this earning period, the corresponding number of $25 e-cash coupons will be included in your online order.
Each $25 e-cash coupon is good for $25 off a $50 pre-tax purchase made during the determined redemption period. For online redemption instructions, please click here.
