U.S. Return & Exchange Policy

Need to return an item? Please review this return policy checklist to help us process your return as quickly as possible.

  • New & Unworn – items must be in original condition, with the hangtag attached
  • Invoice – please include the full original invoice from your order, with the return and/or exchange information filled out on the back
  • Final Sale – we cannot return final sale merchandise (marked with a * on the front of your invoice or FINAL SALE label in your cart)
  • 30 Days – please postmark all returns within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returns postmarked after this timeframe will be shipped back without refund.

ELOQUII reserves the right to change this Return and Exchange Policy at any time.

Processing Returns & Exchanges

Please use the pre-paid label enclosed in your package to send your return or exchange back to us. Packages can be dropped off at any FedEx location. Shipping & processing typically takes about three weeks once you send the package back to us.

Returns - $7 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover shipping costs. We’ll process your refund back to your original form of tender, and you’ll receive an email confirming the refund amount.

Exchanges – Return shipping is always free for exchanges, and we’ll waive shipping on the new item, as well! Exchanges are processed across two transactions.

  • 1. First, we’ll process a refund for the items you sent back.
  • 2. Second, we’ll contact you to process a new order for the exchange items, honoring any promotions or discounts from the original order.

The second step can be performed at any time, so if you’d prefer to place your exchange order first, please give us a call at 1-844-693-5678 and we’d be happy to do so.

Ship via the carrier of your choice

If you no longer have the pre-paid mailing label, you may contact us for a replacement. Alternatively, you may also ship your returns to the following address via the carrier of your choice:

In Person Returns

You can now make FREE returns in-person at select Happy Returns locations around the country!  Please visit a Happy Returns location within 30 days of the date of receipt of your order, and bring your eligible item(s) and original invoice.  Happy Returns will process your transaction, and your refund will be initiated within one business day – no returns fees or shipping required.  Find your closest Happy Returns location below:

  • 30 Days – please postmark all returns within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returns postmarked after this timeframe will be shipped back without refund.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the order at customerservice@eloquii.com. Our customer service team will provide the necessary documentation and a shipping label for any eligible return, and will set up a package pickup for you with DHL Express. International orders cannot be exchanged.

A return shipping & processing fee will be deducted from your refund. See below for fee amount by country. International orders subtotaling under these amounts are ineligible for return.

Our partners at Landmark will facilitate return of the package from Canada to our returns center in Ohio, and a return shipping fee of $9 will be deducted from your return amount.



Price adjustments

For purchases made at ELOQUII.com, we will honor a one-time price adjustment for regular priced merchandise within 7 days of the purchase date unless the original price was a sale, markdown, final sale, or outlet price.

To request a one-time price adjustment, contact us within 7 days of the purchase date, via phone or email. If contacting via email, please include your order number in the email message. If you are eligible for a price adjustment, the difference will be refunded in the original form of payment. Credits will post within 1-2 billing cycles.
