Position Summary:

Eloquii is seeking a senior developer who can lead the effort of deriving business value from data, and making data more available to Eloquii associates and business partners. You'll lead business-critical initiatives that center on analyzing large volumes of data. Internal constituents include the Eloquii marketing team, the merchant team, data scientist and others who have an insatiable desire for data and data-centered decision making.

You'll work closely with these teams to understand the questions they're trying to answer, problems they're trying to solve, and opportunities they're trying to exploit, and translate those needs into operational data systems. You'll work closely with other developers to understand source data and the business processes they support, and to devise end-to-end data lifecycles that span operational and analytical systems. You'll help define technical standards and drive the architectural agenda regarding data and related topics. You will have a strong voice in product and ownership over coding, QA, and production support. This position requires a strong mix of architecture / design thinking and hands-on-keyboard tool / code development.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience developing and supporting software systems with special emphasis on big/ complex data and deriving meaning from data. S/he is a strong individual contributor with strong quantitative, analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver data-centric solutions usable by a wide variety of user roles

Analyze, understand and exploit the data produced by existing Eloquii and partner systems
-
Design, develop, test and maintain a coherent family of relational and non-relational databases
-
Full understanding of data lifecycle including special tools & techniques required for big data
-
Relational database experience is a must – analysis, modeling, logical & physical design, tuning
-
Significant Python development experience is a must. Additional development tools are a plus
-
Design solutions and technical specs. Develop solutions or supervise outsourced development
-
Experience with big data tools generally and ETL tools / data lifecycle tools specifically is a must.

Experience with end-user reporting tools is a must. (Best if it's the solution we use: Tableau)

Relational database experience is a must – analysis, modeling, logical & physical design, tuning
-
Work with business users to ensure understanding of business process and proper implementation in software.

Ensure software follows best practices from a coding, testing and performance perspective.

Store Manager

Position Summary:

ELOQUII is a vertically integrated e-commerce destination for contemporary, fast fashion sizes 14-28. We bring trend-driven, feminine, polished fashion from the runways to our customer, working on a compressed design cycle and dropping new styles every week. The primary role of the Store Manager is to manage the operations as well as the customer's in-store experience for ELOQUII. The Store Manager will ensure that store associates comply with company policy while ensuring excellent customer service with an enhanced in-store experience is provided to our customers.

In Store Responsibilities:

As the leader of the store, you will be responsible for building talent and strategically leading a store team to achieve a transformative and client centric culture. While focusing on sales objectives, the successful candidate will also ensure that staff is properly trained on store policy and procedure as well as product knowledge. The Store Manager will also be responsible for analyzing the business and creating clear plans of action to ensure operational effectiveness. Operational effectiveness may include, but is not limited to, ensuring proper merchandise flow, controlling store expenses, monitoring loss prevention and safety, supporting Brand initiatives such as events, working collaboratively with Store Operations and other cross-functional teams, and ensuring store assortment needs are met. Sales leads will help create a fun, personalized and memorable environment to shop in. Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Store Operations, as part of the store operations team, the Store Operations Manager supports one of the most critical departments as the main link to support ongoing business growth while adhering to all ELOQUII policies and procedures. The Store Operations Manager role provides the proper assessment and implementation of in-store processes and policies to ensure productive selling environments, while keeping the company and brand image at the highest standard. Full compliance maintained and managed, while keeping in mind front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) productivity and the client experience. This position requires a passion for operational excellence, a drive for results, and the ability to quickly and efficiently lead through unforeseen complexity.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 -3 years of fast-paced, retail management, or other relevant work experience and knowledge of the related financials. S/he will also ensure effective cross-functional integration, cooperation, and execution, as well as consistently achieving breakthrough performance. The successful candidate will bring a “roll up the sleeves” and “can do attitude”. This position may require some travel.

Essential Responsibilities:

Recommends, plans and implements a high volume of new programs, process improvements and store initiatives. Ensures the initiatives have clearly identified success metrics.

Responsible for all Project Management as it relates to store such as but not limited to New Store Openings, Tech Roll Outs (POS updates, OMS, Inventory systems, Loyalty Programs, Store Portal), HRIS Systems Roll Outs, any Integration Projects.
-
Manages the Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOP) prioritization, approval and update process.
-
Acts as the Store Operations liaison/subject matter expert on IT projects; works with IT on process and requirements for new store technology and enhancements to existing systems.
-
Acts as the POS technology subject matter expert and conducts system maintenance.
-
Create all UAT for tech, visual, training or other operational rollouts and enhancements are validated prior to rollouts.
-
Responsible for all SG&A budget tracking.
-
Owns Store Payroll Budget; creates effective scheduling best practices.
-
Responsible for owning overall store workload and looks for opportunities to streamline to cut down expense and increase productivity.

Works in tandem with District Managers to roll out any company initiatives (Right Price, Dynamic Pricing, Brand Campaigns).

Create and provide useful reporting to field to support business and operational decision.

Coordinate activities to operationally prepare for store; openings/renovations/relocation activities.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of fast-paced, retail management, or other relevant work experience

Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses

Retail management: proven ability with monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing store directives

Leadership management: experience with attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, swiftly adapting to change and leading others through the change-curve, developing collaborative relationships with others, and leading and influencing

Fit Expert/Stylist

ELOQUII’s Fit Expert/Stylist will have a passion for fashion, fit, products and customer service; they are up “Fit-Obsessed” and up to date with the latest product trends, benefits and competitive landscape and are excited to share that with customers. In this role you will create a fun, unique and very personalized apparel fitting experience for the ELOQUII customer. You will interact with customers, educate, and find their right size fit to help them achieve their outfit goals. In addition, you will work with an amazing & supportive team to create an upbeat, positive, educational experience for everyone who walks through the door!

Key Essentials:

Work with customers to ensure the proper size/ fit by utilizing the ELOQUII’s size charts.
