Position Summary:

Eloquii is seeking a senior developer who can lead the effort of deriving business value from data, and making data more available to Eloquii associates and business partners. You'll lead business-critical initiatives that center on analyzing large volumes of data. Internal constituents include the Eloquii marketing team, the merchant team, data scientist and others who have an insatiable desire for data and data-centered decision making.

You'll work closely with these teams to understand the questions they're trying to answer, problems they're trying to solve, and opportunities they're trying to exploit, and translate those needs into operational data systems. You'll work closely with other developers to understand source data and the business processes they support, and to devise end-to-end data lifecycles that span operational and analytical systems. You'll help define technical standards and drive the architectural agenda regarding data and related topics. You will have a strong voice in product and ownership over coding, QA, and production support. This position requires a strong mix of architecture / design thinking and hands-on-keyboard tool / code development.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience developing and supporting software systems with special emphasis on big/ complex data and deriving meaning from data. S/he is a strong individual contributor with strong quantitative, analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-
Deliver data-centric solutions usable by a wide variety of user roles
-
Analyze, understand and exploit the data produced by existing Eloquii and partner systems
-
Design, develop, test and maintain a coherent family of relational and non-relational databases
-
Full understanding of data lifecycle including special tools & techniques required for big data
-
Relational database experience is a must – analysis, modeling, logical & physical design, tuning
-
Significant Python development experience is a must. Additional development tools are a plus
-
Design solutions and technical specs. Develop solutions or supervise outsourced development
-
Experience with big data tools generally and ETL tools / data lifecycle tools specifically is a must.
-
Experience with end-user reporting tools is a must. (Best if it's the solution we use: Tableau)
-
Relational database experience is a must – analysis, modeling, logical & physical design, tuning
-
Work with business users to ensure understanding of business process and proper implementation in software.
-
Ensure software follows best practices from a coding, testing and performance perspective.

Qualifications Include:

We are looking for passionate Sales Associates who can help bring our ecommerce experience to life in a physical space. ELOQUII sales associates have a passion for customer service and fashion; they are up to date with the latest product trends, benefits and competitive landscape and are excited to share that with customers. A sales associate will help create a fun, personalized and high touch environment to shop in alongside creating a seamless experience for her amidst testing different in store strategies.

Store Manager

Position Summary:

ELOQUII is a vertically integrated e-commerce destination for contemporary, fast fashion sizes 14-28. We bring trend-driven, feminine, polished fashion from the runways to our customer, working on a compressed design cycle and dropping new styles every week. The primary role of the Store Manager is to manage the operations as well as the customer's in-store experience for ELOQUII. The Store Manager will ensure that store associates comply with company policy while ensuring excellent customer service with an enhanced in-store experience is provided to our customers.

In Store Responsibilities:

As the leader of the store, you will be responsible for building talent and strategically leading a store team to achieve a transformative and client centric culture. While focusing on sales objectives, the successful candidate will also ensure that staff is properly trained on store policy and procedure as well as product knowledge. The Store Manager will also be responsible for analyzing the business and creating clear plans of action to ensure operational effectiveness. Operational effectiveness may include, but is not limited to, ensuring proper merchandise flow, controlling store expenses, monitoring loss prevention and safety, supporting Brand initiatives such as events, working collaboratively with Store Operations and other cross-functional teams, and ensuring store assortment needs are met. Ensure that all efforts are building an experience that keeps our customer coming back.

An ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and fashion; they are up to date with the latest product trends, benefits and competitive landscape and are excited to share that with customers. In addition, the sales lead is also required to contribute to a positive work environment that is fun, professional and team oriented. Sales leads will help create a fun, personalized and memorable environment to shop in. When the store manager or assistant manager are not present in the store, the sales lead acts as the Manager on Duty.
