ELOQUII eGift Cards are issued electronically, via email. Once purchased and activated, an ELOQUII eGift Card is emailed to a recipient and holds a balance that can be used on a future ELOQUII.com purchase.
Shipping is free when purchasing an eGift Card. When redeeming eGift Cards, shipping charges will apply to your order based on your order value; see the Shipping Info page for more information.

eGift Cards are emailed to the recipient designated at checkout, within a few hours or will be sent on the date you’ve selected for delivery. The email will include redemption instructions as well as any gift note specified at checkout.
The eGift Card email sent to the recipient will include the design you choose and the message you enter at checkout. The email will specify the amount of the eGift Card, an eGift Card code and PIN, and instructions for redeeming the eGift Card on an ELOQUII.com order.
A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you when your eGift Card has been delivered to the recipient.
Promotion codes, e-cash, ELQ Rewards, and other order discounts cannot be applied to purchases of eGift Cards.
ELQ Rewards are not earned on the purchase of a eGift Card.
You can redeem an ELOQUII eGift Card on ELOQUII.com by entering the eGift Card code and PIN into the eGift Card fields at checkout, or on the cart page. The eGift Card value will be applied to the merchandise.
Yes! Eligible discounts can be used on orders where an eGift Card is used as the payment method.
ELOQUII eGift Cards cannot be reloaded or combined.
We can refund unused ELOQUII eGift Cards to the original method of payment, within 30 days of purchase. For a refund, please contact us. Please be prepared to provide the order number or ordering email address from the original purchase of the eGift Card, and we’ll do our best to help! We are not able to refund eGift Cards that have been partially redeemed, or eGift Cards purchased more than 30 days ago.
When you use an ELOQUII eGift Card to make a purchase, and later return items from that purchase, we’ll load the refund amount back onto the eGift Card you used. We’ll email the eGift Card number, usage instructions, and available balance to the email address used on the order, just in case you no longer have it. If you used another method of payment in addition to the eGift Card, your refund is first applied to the eGift Card up to the amount you originally redeemed, and then any remaining refund value is refunded to the other method of payment.
