These jeans will always be part of our plus-size jeans for women collections and will stick around, just as your favorite pair has for years to come.

We’ve created and discovered the best jeans for curvy women, trendy jeans in all the right washes, colors, details, and styles. Our selection of jeans run in size from 10-32. These are the best jeans on the market; these are the jeans you’ll love and feel good in. And it’s now easy to find all the styles you love that will fit your body.

Plus-Size Jeans for Any Body Type

To find the best jeans, you first must understand your body type. Everyone is built differently; and the key to finding the best jeans is understanding your body type. We here at Dia & Co are size inclusive and have jeans for every body type that run in size from 10-32, so you’ll find the jeans you love and feel good in.

There are six body types: pear, apple, diamond, inverted triangle, hourglass, and rectangle. Pear-shaped bodies resemble the fruit with narrow shoulders and bust, a defined waist, and wider bottom half. Pear shapes look best in skinny jeans that don’t hug the ankle, they can also wear high-waist, mom, girlfriend or bootcut jeans.

The Hourglass body shape has a full bust, full hips, and defined waist. Look for jeans that highlight your waist like high-waisted, mom, and wide-leg jeans. Rectangular body shapes have hips, waist and shoulders that are similar in width. They can wear any type of jean. Apple body types have narrow shoulders, and a wide bust and torso, they look great in straight, slim, bootcut, flared, and skinny jeans. An inverted triangle body shape has strong shoulders and narrow hips, and, like the rectangle, they can wear any jean style.

Tall Plus-Size Jeans

When you’re tall, you can wear any style of jean; cropped jeans show off your legs, and wide-leg jeans with a tee and heels is an outfit that goes anywhere, top it off with a blazer for that polished rock n’ roll style. The only caveat is making sure you have the correct jean’s inseam to work with your legs. Other jean styles to try are pull-on, rolled skinny jeans, wide-leg jeans, high-waist jeans, boyfriend jeans, flare and bootcut jeans.

Petite Plus-Size Jeans

While the basic rule of thumb is that petite jeans are designed only for women below 5’ 4”, most petite clothing, jeans included, are designed for people who are short-waisted. So, one could be taller than 5’4” and wear petite styles because the waist placement is higher than in non-petite clothing. Many petite women opt for buying ankle length jeans, knowing that the length works more like a regular length jean than the shorter length. Skinny and straight leg jeans can make petite women’s legs appear longer, as does wearing jeans with a mid-rise waistband. When shopping for bootcut, flare or wide-leg jeans, pick styles where the flares and width have been modified, otherwise, the fabric may appear to overwhelm you.

Dia & Co Jeans Fit & Styles

When it comes to denim, we’re serious about providing the latest trends, cuts, and colors in addition to finding the classic jean style in our plus-size jean collection. As denim styles evolve, we will of course, carry the latest and the newest plus-size jeans for you to enjoy.

  • Boyfriend jeans are characterized by denim that is fitted at the hips, and the legs have a fuller, relaxed cut so they’re looser and slightly slouchy.
  • Girlfriend jeans are a leaner version of the boyfriend jean, and they generally sit a bit higher on the hip, and have a slim, relaxed cut leg.
  • Mom jeans pre-date Y2K styles and are really the basic jean style that was popular in the 1980s and 1990s. The waist sits at the natural waistline, and the leg is looser than a slim-cut jean.
  • The slim jean silhouette is a jean that fits tightly in the hips and thighs, and the leg is cut wider than a skinny jean.
  • Once upon a time, the Skinny Jean was called the Cigarette Jean because the silhouette is a very slim cut jean that hugs the body. Skinny jeans can have any type of a rise; high-waist, mid-and low-rise waistbands. Skinny jeans look great on every body type.
  • Originally designed to be worn over cowboy boots, the bootcut jean is characterized by a slim leg that widens from the knee and ends in a flare. Modified bootcut jeans are slim throughout the leg, and then end in a smaller flare.
  • The straight leg jean, like the skinny jean can be worn by any body type. They skim over the hips and thighs and have a wider leg than slim fit jeans.
  • The wide leg jean has been popular on and off since the 1970s. Each decade has its own version of the wide leg jean. Sometimes called the “palazzo jean,” or the “Hippie jean,” it’s characterized by being slim fitting from the waist through the booty, and then has a wide leg. Some wide-legs are slim to the knee, and flare out from there to the hem. Technically, a jean that flares from the knee is a flare-leg jean, but most often, they’re put into the wide leg jean category.
  • Sometimes called a modified bootcut or a wide leg jean, the flare jean has the body of a straight leg jean that ends in a small flare at the hem.
